The combination of Blackberry Sage Infusion, lemon juice and honey simple syrup brings a truly unique option to your cocktail repertoire. You’ll feel more sophisticated just by making it.

Ingredients: Blackberry Sage Infusion, lemon juice and honey simple syrup.

Yield: 1 serving

Bee Sage

Ingredients:
2 oz. Blackberry Sage Infusion
¾ oz. Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 oz. Honey simple syrup (1:1 honey and water)

Instructions:

  1. Combine Blackberry Sage Infusion, lemon juice and honey simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with sage.

Tips:
Honey simple syrup is made the same way as white simple syrup. Use a 1:1 ratio of honey and water. See our simple syrup instructions for more.
