Blueberry Earl Grey Pimm’s Cup
2 oz. Pimm’s
1 oz. Blueberry Earl Grey Liqueur
¾ oz. Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- Combine Pimm’s, Blueberry Earl Grey Liqueur and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into a Collins glass full of ice.
- Top off with club soda.
- Garnish with blueberry, lemon and mint.
