Beat the heat with this light, cool and perky beverage that’s tailor made for relaxing poolside.

Make Your Own Cucumber Mint Cooler
Ingredients: Lime juice, simple syrup, mint leaves, cucumber wheels and club soda.

Yield: 1 serving

Cucumber Mint Cooler

1 oz. Everclear Grain Alcohol
1 oz. Fresh lime juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
5 Mint leaves
3 Cucumber wheels
1 ½ oz. Club soda


  1. Muddle mint leaves and cucumber wheels
  2. Combine Everclear, lime juice simple syrup and muddled ingredients in a shaker full of ice.
  3. Shake vigorously.
  4. Top with club soda.
  5. Strain into rocks glass full of ice.
  6. Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig.
