A Day at the Beach

This simple-to-make tropical cocktail of coconut and lime is the perfect companion to a hammock near the sea, or for wishing that’s where you were.

Chi-Chi

Ingredients:
1 oz. Everclear Grain Alcohol
1 oz. Fresh lime juice
2 oz. Coco Real Cream of Coconut
1 ½ oz. Club soda

Instructions:

  1. Combine Everclear, lime juice and cream of coconut in a shaker full of ice.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Top with club soda.
  4. Pour into rocks glass full of ice.
  5. Garnish with lime wheel.
