A Twist on a Classic

We’re taking the Moscow out of the mule and doing things the Everclear way (which in this case is adding some delicious pineapple juice to the mix).

FUELED MULE

Ingredients:
1 oz. Everclear Grain Alcohol
1 oz. Pineapple juice
1 Squeezed lime wedge
3 oz. Ginger beer
Dash of Angostura bitters

Instructions:

  1. Combine Everclear, pineapple juice, juice from a lime wedge and bitters in a shaker full of ice.
  2. Shake vigorously.
  3. Top with ginger beer.
  4. Pour into rocks glass full of ice.
  5. Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig.
