ROSEMARY TINCTURE

A POTENT ROSEMARY EXTRACT, ADDED BY THE DROP.

Tinctures are simple infusions of a high potency, but used in low quantities. Much like bitters, tinctures should be used a few dashes at a time in a cocktail to add complexity or flavor, but not enough to greatly alter the proof of the cocktail.

Ingredients:

½ cup Fresh rosemary
6 oz. EVERCLEAR® Grain Alcohol

Instructions:
  1. Combine fresh rosemary and EVERCLEAR in a sealable container.
  2. Let steep for 2 days.
  3. Fine strain with a coffee filter and store in a dropper or dasher bottle.
