SUMMER IN THE HAMPTONS

No, there’s no iced tea involved. Just a few high-quality ingredients to help your favorite rye shine: blanc vermouth, Aperol and homemade Meyer Lemon Bitters.

Ingredients:

1 ½ oz. Rye
¾ oz. Blanc vermouth
¾ oz. Aperol
8-10 drops Meyer Lemon Bitters

Instructions:
  1. Combine Rye, vermouth, Aperol and Meyer Lemon Bitters in a shaker.
  2. Add ice and stir.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
